Guidelines for Contributors: Hard-copy Proceedings
The deadline for submitting articles not yet considered for publication is 30 September 2008. Contributors whose articles have been accepted for publication must send their manuscripts by 30 November 2008. The press requires that contributors follow the styling guidelines of the University of Chicago Manual of Style, 15th edition and the spelling given in Webster's Third International Dictionary, unabridged, and Merriam-Webster's Eleventh Collegiate Dictionary, using the first spelling given for each word. All manuscripts must be double-spaced throughout, including endnotes and bibliography. Guidelines are also outlined on the publisher's webpage:

Authors are responsible for obtaining the reproduction rights for any illustrations or music examples, and we require written confirmation that these rights have been obtained.

Please submit copy for posting on the website by 30 November 2008. Contributors may follow the styling guidelines for publishing houses in either the UK or the USA. We encourage contributors to capitalize on the flexibility of electronic proceedings to include video clips, audio examples or other AV materials.
